The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 10 June 2026 ("General Meeting"):
1)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 369.193 shares representing 369.193 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 14,86%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 11,18%;
2)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 315.267 shares representing 315.267 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 12,69%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9,55%;
3)    Marek Kamola - 233.000 shares representing 233.000 votes at the General Meeting, percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 9,38%; percentage share in the total number of votes 7,06%;
4)    Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 225.633 shares representing 225.633 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 9,08%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6,84%;
5)    Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU Złota Jesień – 187.300 shares representing 187.300 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 7,54%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5,67%;
6)    Government of Norway – 129.492 shares representing 129.492 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting: 5,21%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3,92%.
