Code of Ethics at the Benefit Systems Group contains the basic ethical principles that are observed in our company, both in relations between employees and in relations with our clients, partners, subcontractors, and other entities. At the same time, the Benefit Systems Group applies the Responsible Business Conduct Policy adopted in 2025, which outlines the actions aimed at ensuring compliance with the RBC (Responsible Business Conduct) Principles. Additionally, the Anti-Corruption Policy operates within the Benefit Systems Group, aimed at increasing awareness of corruption risks, effectively preventing corrupt practices, implementing effective mechanisms to combat such misconduct, and minimizing the consequences of any violations.
