Text of the report:
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 14 September 2026 the Company received from HuBruNi Family Foundation in organization, being a person closely associated with Marcin Fojudzki - a Member of the Management Board of the Company, a notification of a transaction conducted in the Company’s shares, submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company hereby provides the contents of the notification received as an attachment to this report.
