The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 11 September 2026 the Company received from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz, a Member of the Management Board of the Company, a notification of transaction conducted in the Company’s shares, submitted pursuant to Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation.

The Company hereby provides the contents of the notification received as an attachment to this report.
