Appointment of the President of the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A.
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 3 August 2026, the Company's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution appointing Mr Robert Sokołowski to the Management Board of the Company, effective as of 21 September 2026, for the current joint four-year term of office that commenced on 28 February 2025, and entrusted him with the function of President of the Management Board of the Company.

According to the statements provided by Mr Robert Sokołowski, the activities conducted by him outside the Company are not competitive with the Company's business. Mr Robert Sokołowski does not engage, in any form, in activities competitive with the Company, does not participate in a competing business as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, or capital company, nor does he serve as a member of a governing body of any competing legal entity.

In accordance with his declaration, Mr Robert Sokołowski is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register (consolidated text of 26 June 2025, Journal of Laws of 2025, item 869).
