The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), hereby announces that on 15 June 2026 the Company received the resignation of Mr. Adam Kędzierski from his position as a Member of the Management Board of the Benefit Systems, effective immediately.
