The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company" or “Issuer”) in reference to the reports No: 63/2023 of 31 December 2023, 7/2024 of 19 January 2024, 9/2024 of 5 February 2024 and 11/2024 of 7 February 2024 hereby announces that it has been informed that the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") issued a statement No. 130/2024 of 6 February 2024, in which the KDPW decided to assimilate in the depository system on 9 February 2024 24,750 ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer under the code PLBNFTS00117 with shares of the Issuer traded on the stock exchange under the code PLBNFTS00018.
