Jacek Osowski

Member of the Supervisory Board


An investment advisor and statutory auditor with extensive experience in building investment strategies and managing capital transactions. For over a dozen years, he has been an active member of the supervisory boards of both public and private companies. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Develia S.A. and Ferro S.A., as well as a member of the boards at Mangata Holding S.A. and Selvita S.A.

He gained his management experience working for numerous financial institutions, including roles as an investment advisor at Millennium DM S.A. (2001–2003), an analyst at TP Invest S.A. (2003–2004), and as a deputy director, manager, and investment advisor at PZU AM S.A./PZU Życie S.A. (2004–2007). From 2007 to 2008, he served as Vice President of the Management Board at IPOPEMA TFI S.A., followed by a role as Deputy Director of the Treasurer's Office at PZU S.A./PZU Życie S.A. Between 2009 and 2011, he held the positions of Vice President of the Management Board, CIO, and Director at PZU AM S.A. From 2011 to 2016, he cooperated with the TDJ Group, where he served on the management board of Famur S.A. and the supervisory boards of various companies. He has also conducted business activities focused on strategy, organization, and valuation, including serving on the boards of his own companies.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (Finance and Banking), he earned an MBA from the University of Warsaw and the University of Illinois in 2006. Furthermore, he holds an investment advisor license, the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation, and is a registered Statutory Auditor.

An independent member within the meaning of capital market regulations and the Act on Statutory Auditors.

According to the submitted statement, the Supervisory Board member’s professional activity conducted outside the Company is not competitive with the Company’s operations. She does not participate in any competitive company as a partner in a civil or partnership enterprise, nor as a member of the governing bodies of a capital company. She is also not involved in any other competitive legal entities as a member of their governing bodies. The Supervisory Board member has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained under the National Court Register Act.
