Management Board Member at Benefit Systems S.A.
Marek Trepko has been associated with the Benefit Systems Group since 2017. He has been the president of Fit Invest International sp. z o. o. since 2024 , and previously, from 2020, as a member of the management board of this company, he was responsible for international development in the fitness area. Currently, in the area of Fit Invest International activity, he is responsible for building and implementing the strategy for the operation and development of investment clubs for the MultiSport program within subsidiaries of Benefit Systems Group - in Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Turkey. Since September 2024, he has also held a position in the structures of Benefit Systems S.A., as a Fitness Group Director. Acting as the Fitness Group Director, he is responsible for the concentration of competences in the field of fitness activities in the Polish and foreign markets, for areas related to the development of the network of fitness clubs (Benefit Systems Fitness Branch) and MultiSport partner facilities (Partner Relations Department). He is also responsible for the activities of the analysis department, including the data warehouse and research, and the purchasing department. He is a member of supervisory boards in companies in Benefit Systems Group managing the MultiSport programmes and in companies managing the activities of investment clubs abroad. Before joining Benefit Systems Group, he worked for 5 years as a regional director at Cinema City, responsible for the development of the cinema network in key cities in Poland. For over a dozen years, Mr Marek Trepko has also been the owner and co-founder of the boutique record publishing house Kameleon Records, specializing in rock from the 1960s and 1970s. He is a graduate of the Military University of Technology at the Faculty of Cybernetics, as well as postgraduate studies at the Lodz University of Technology. He graduated from High Performance Leadership at the International Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.
