Resignation of a chairman and a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit System S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company"), announces that on 18 June 2025 the Company become aware about receiving a statement from Mr James Van Bergh, who resigned from the position of member and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect as of 18 June 2025 and a statement from Mr Michael Sanderson, who resigned from the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the Company with effect as of 18 June 2025.
Mr James Vand Bergh indicated important family matters as a cause for his resignation. Mr Michael Sanderson indicated important personal matters as a cause for his resignation.
