The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Company’), announces the Company’s publication dates of periodic reports in 2026:

Annual reports:
1. Annual report for 2025 20 March 2026
2. Consolidated annual report for 2025 20 March 2026

Quarterly reports:
1. Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 14 May 2026
2. Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 19 November 2026

Semi-annual reports:
1. Report for the first half of 2026 20 August 2026
2. Consolidated report for the first half of 2026 20 August 2026

The Company informs that in 2026, it will publish consolidated quarterly reports containing quarterly financial information, referred to in § 63 sec. 1 of the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information (hereinafter, ‘Regulation’), in lieu of the publication of separate standalone quarterly reports.
Furthermore, the Company informs that, in accordance with § 83 sec. 2 of the Regulation, it will not publish consolidated quarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2025 and second quarter of 2026.
