Assimilation of ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company" or "Issuer") in reference to the reports No: 64/2024 of 31 December 2024, 4/2025 of 16 January 2025, 6/2025 of 13 February 2025 and 7/2025 of 13 February 2025 hereby announces that it has been informed that the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") issued a statement No. 151/2025 of 14 February 2025, in which the KDPW decided to assimilate in the depository system on 19 February 2025 37,450 ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer under the code PLBNFTS00133 with shares of the Issuer traded on the stock exchange under the code PLBNFTS00018.
