Statement of the National Depository for Securities S.A. on the registration of shares

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company") in reference to the report No. 80/2025 of December 31, 2025 informs that it has learned about the issuance of a statement on January 21, 2026 by the National Depository for Securities S.A. in Warsaw No. 65/2026 on registration of up to 25,300 ordinary series G bearer shares of the Company ("Shares"), with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, under the code PLBNFTS00174 ("Statement"). The date / mode of registration in the Statement indicates the registration on the basis of settlement orders referred to in § 6 of the Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depository for Securities, in connection with the deregistration of subscription warrants marked with the codes PLBNFTS00125 and PLBNFTS00166, from which the rights to acquire Shares were exercised.
The registration of Shares applies to shares issued by the Company as a result of a conditional increase in the Company's share capital in order to implement the Incentive Program for 2021-2025.
