Subject: Extension of lease agreement with Ghelamco
Legal basis: Art. 17 item 1 of MAR – inside information

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the ‘Issuer’), informs about receiving on 30 August 2018 an annex (hereinafter, ‘Annex’) signed by Ghelamco GP 15 Sp. z o.o. Plac Europejski 2 SKA with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, ‘Lessor’) to the agreement of 23 January 2015 on lease of a part of an office building located in Warsaw at Plac Europejski (hereinafter, ‘Agreement’), conclusion of which was communicated in current report 7/2015 of 23 January 2015. The subject matter of the Annex is the extension of the lease period by 36 months, i.e. until 1 January 2024. The net value of the agreement estimated by the Issuer amounts to ca. PLN 6 800 000 per annum.

The value of the agreement was estimated based on the EUR/PLN exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on 24 August 2018, in which currency the rent is calculated and the expected sum of service charges (calculated in PLN). The rent is subject to annual indexation by the EUR CPI index with the first indexation from 1 January 2020.

Other conditions of the agreement do not differ from the commonly used conditions for this type of agreements.
