The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 6 December 2024 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of the Company about a sale of 1200 shares in the Company at PLN 2700 per share on 5 December 2024.
