Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 9 October 2024 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Benefit Invest Ltd. –  an entity closely related to: Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company and Mr Michael Sanderson, member of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 10,421 shares in the Company at PLN 2,500 per share, on 8 October 2024;
