The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, "the Company") hereby announces that on 17 November 2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr Wojciech Szwarc, the Management Board Member of the Company, about disposal of 236 shares in the Company at PLN 1880.00 per share on 16 November 2023.
