Subject: List of the stockholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2018
Legal Basis: Article 70 Item 3 of the Act on Public Offering
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the stockholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 12 June 2018:
- James Van Bergh – 586,285 shares representing 586,285 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 12 June 2018: 29.45%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 20.51%;
- Benefit Invest Limited – 572,606 shares representing 572,606 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 12 June 2018: 28.76%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 20.03%;
- Marek Kamola – 254,000 shares representing 254,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 12 June 2018:12.76%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.88%;
- MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 226,468 shares representing 226,468 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 12 June 2018: 11.37%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.92%;
- Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 150,000 shares representing 150,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 12 June 2018: 7.53%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.25%.
