The Management Board of Benefit System S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company"), announces that on 20 January 2026 the Company become aware about receiving a statement from Ms Katarzyna Rozenfeld, who resigned from the position of member of the Supervisory Board of the Company for important reasons with effect as of 20 January 2026.
