Subject: Recommendation of candidates for members of the Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 56(1) (2) of the Offering Act 

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of the Company convened on 12 June 2018, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 35/2018 of 15 May 2018, the Company received Mr James Van Bergh's – a shareholder of the Company ("Notifier"), recommendation of candidatures of:

– Mr Marcin Marczuk,
– Mr Michael Sanderson,
– Mr Michael Rohde Pedersen, and
–  the Notifier, 
for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company. 

Mr Marcin Marczuk and Mr Michael Rohde Pedersen, according to the statements made, meet independence criteria for independent members of the Supervisory Board.
