The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 7 August 2024 (“General Meeting”):
1)    Benefit Invest 1 Company – 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 18.47%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.34%;
2)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 293,345 shares representing 293,345 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 11.94%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.92%;
3)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 276,290 shares representing 276,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 11.25%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.34%;
4)    Marek Kamola – 233,000 shares representing 233,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 9.49%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.88%;
5)    Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 216,221 shares representing 216,221 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 8.80%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.31%;
6)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 7 August 2024: 8.49%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.05%.
