Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 22 November 2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms. Emilia Rogalewicz, Member of the Management Board of the Company, about sale of 1,500 shares in the Company at PLN 700.00 per share on 19 November 2021. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
