Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 2 June 2025 they become aware about receiving a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of the Company about a sale of 1,500 shares in the Company at PLN 3,420 per share on 28 May 2025.
