Appointment of a member of the Supervisory Board of Benefit Systems S.A.
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the “Company”) hereby announces that on 7 August 2024 the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Ms. Julita Jabłkowska to the Supervisory Board of the Company for a joint term of office, that started its term on 29 June 2023.
According to the statement submitted, the member of the Board Supervisory Board:
- is not engaged in activities competitive to the Company,
- does not participate in a competitive company as partners of a civil partnership, a partnership and a capital company,
- does not participate in another competing legal person as member of its body,
- is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained on the basis of the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
In accordance with the declarations submitted, Ms Julita Jabłkowska meets the criteria for independence specified in Article 129, paragraph 3 of the Act of May 11, 2017 on certified auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
Information about the education, qualifications, previously held previous positions and the course of professional work of the member of the Supervisory Board are presented in the appendix (in Polish language).
