The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company" or “Issuer”) in reference to the reports No: 32/2021 of October 1, 2021, 40/2021 of November 3, 2021, 43/2021 of November 12, 2021 and 45/2021 of November 15, 2021 hereby announces that it has been informed that the National Depository for Securities S.A. ("KDPW") issued a statement No. 1349/2021 of November 15, 2021, in which the KDPW decided to assimilate in the depository system on November 19, 2021 39,255 ordinary bearer shares of the Issuer under the code PLBNFTS00091 with shares of the Issuer traded on the stock exchange under the code PLBNFTS00018.
