Recommendation of a candidate for a member of the Supervisory Board
Legal basis: Article 56 Sec. 1 Item 2 of the Act on Public Offering – Current and Periodic Information

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 6 on the agenda of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company convened on 7 August 2024, as referred to in the Company's current report No. 43/2024 of 11 July  2024, the Company received  from Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - shareholder of the Company, represented by PTE Allianz Polska S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (“Notifier”), a recommendation of Mr Jan Woźniak for a member of the Supervisory Board of the Company ("Candidate").

In the appendix the Company provides the Candidate’s CV and statement received from the Notifier (in Polish language).

According to the received statement, the Candidate meets the independence criteria specified in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision.
