The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on September 30, 2022:
1)    James Van Bergh – 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 26,10%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.47%;
2)    Benefit Invest Limited – 295,421  shares representing 295,421 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 17,00%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.07%;
3)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 233,497 shares representing 233,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 13,44%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.96%;
4)    Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander – 199,000 shares representing 199,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 11.45%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.78%.
5)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 199,000 shares representing 199,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 11.45%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.78%.
6)    Invesco Europlus Fund – 111,722 shares representing 111,722 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 6,43%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3.81%.
7)    Invesco Global Diversified Companies Fund – 104,263 shares representing 104,263 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on September 30, 2022: 6,00%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3.55%.
