Election of Chairwoman and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and  the Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the  Supervisory Board

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 16 January 2026 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted resolutions on selection:

1) Ms Marzena Piszczek to perform a role of the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board,

2) Mr Grzegorz Wachowicz to perform a role of the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,

3) Ms Katarzyna Kazior to perform a role of the Chairwoman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Supervisory Board, 

for a current term of office, that started its term on 29 June 2023.
