Correction to the current report no 40/2024 of 28 June 2024
Legal basis: Article 70 Item 3 of the Act on Public Offering

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the ‘Company’) hereby present a correction, due to a mistake, to the current report no 40/2024 of 28 June 2024 (hereinafter, the ‘Report'). In the Report an incorrect shareholder name was indicated. Instead of Benefit Invest 1 Company, Mr. James Van Bergh was erroneously indicated.

Below, the Company presents the correct version of the current report:
“The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the ordinary general meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2024 (“General Meeting”):
1)    Benefit Invest 1 Company – 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 23.57%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.34%;
2)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 293,000 shares representing 293,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 15.22%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.90%;
3)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 276,290 shares representing 276,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 14.36%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.34%;
4)    Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 220,059 shares representing 220,059 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 11.43%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.44%;
5)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 10.83%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.05%.”
