Text of the report:

Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw ("Company") in reference to the report No. 21/2021 of October 1, 2021 informs that it has learned about the issuance of a statement on October 29, 2021 by the National Depository for Securities S.A. in Warsaw No. 1287/2021 on registration of up to 39,255 ordinary series E bearer shares of the Company ("Shares"), with a nominal value of PLN 1.00 each, under the code PLBNFTS00091 ("Statement"). The date / mode of registration in the Statement indicates the registration on the basis of settlement orders referred to in § 6 of the Detailed Rules of Operation of the National Depository for Securities, in connection with the deregistration of subscription warrants marked with the code PLBNFTS00083, from which the rights to acquire Shares were exercised.

The registration of Shares applies to shares issuedby the Company as a result of a conditional increase in the Company'sshare capital in order to implement the Incentive Program for 2017-2020.
