Appointment of a member of the Management Board

The Management Board of Benefit System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the "Company") announces that on 23 August 2023. The Supervisory Board of the Company passed a resolution to appoint from 6 September 2023. Mr Marcin Fojudzki to the Management Board of the Company as a Member of the Management Board.

Mr Marcin Fojudzki is a graduate of Finance and Banking at the Poznań University of Economics and the School of Banking in Capital Investments. He also completed the Kellogg-Católica Advanced Management Program and obtained ACCA qualifications. He started his professional career in audit and financial advisory firms. From 2009 to 2017, he worked at Eurocash Group as a financial controller and later served as Director of Financial Controlling, General Manager of Eurocash Cash&Carry and Deputy CFO of Eurocash Group. He also served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Mar-Ol Group and Frisco. As of 2018, he was a member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Iglotex S.A.

Based on the statement of the appointed Member of the Company's Management Board, he performs other activity outside the Company, i.e. business activity conducted personally in the field of financial consultancy, which is not competitive to the activity performed in the Company. Moreover, he does not participate in any company competitive in respect of the Company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or capital company, nor does he participate as a member of a body in any other competitive legal person, nor is he entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act of 20 August 1997 on the National Court Register.
