Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit System S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company"), announces that on 25 June 2024 the Company has received a statement from Mr Artur Osuchowski, who resigned from the position of Member and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company with the immediate effect.
Mr Artur Osuchowski indicated his assumption of the position of a member of the Management Board of Orlen S.A. as a cause for his resignation.
