Notice of dismissal of the Company's appeal by the Competition and Consumer Protection Court

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("the Company") announces that the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection ("the Court") today dismissed the Company's appeal against decision No. DOK-6/2020 issued by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, of which the Company informed in report No. 2/2021 on 4 January 2021. At the same time, the Court annulled the decision with respect to Yes to Move sp. z o.o..

The Court's judgment is not final. The Company's Management Board announces that it does not agree with the ruling and will exercise its right to appeal against the Court's judgment.
