Determining the content of the consolidated wording of the articles of association of Benefit Systems S.A.

Text of the report:

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company", “Issuer”) with reference to the report No. 32/2025 of 6 May 2025 hereby discloses a consolidated wording of the articles of association of the Company determined by the supervisory board of the Issuer (the “Articles of Association”).
The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association takes into account the amendments made pursuant to Resolution No. 4/08.04.2025 of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company of 8 April 2025 and entered by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw in the register of entrepreneurs kept for the Company.
The new consolidated wording of the Articles of Association is attached to this report.
