Text of the report:
The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 22 August 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr. James Van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 10,000 shares in the Company at PLN 686.00 per share on 19 August 2022. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
