Notification of transactions on Company shares received under Art. 19 of MAR
Legal basis: Article 19 Sec. 3 MAR – information on transactions effected by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 8 October 2021 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Monika Józefiak, a person closely related to person discharging managerial responsibilities Mr Bartosz Józefiak, Management Board Member of the Company, about purchase of:

- 16 shares in the Company at PLN 717.00 per share on 5 October 2021

- 50 shares in the Company at PLN 730.00 per share on 6 October 2021
