The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on August 10, 2023 (“General Meeting”):
1)    James Van Bergh – 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 22.29%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.47%;
2)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 287,495 shares representing 287,495 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 14.13%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.80%;
3)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 276,290 shares representing 276,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 13.58%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.42%;
4)    Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 274,479 shares representing 274,479 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 13.49%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.36%;
5)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 10.25%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.11%;
6)    Aegon Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 117,648 shares representing 117,648 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on August 10, 2023: 5.78%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 4.01%.
