The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on 24 April 2024 (“General Meeting”):
1)    Benefit Invest 1 Company – 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 24 April 2024: 23.74%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.34%;
2)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 293,000 shares representing 293,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 24 April 2024: 15.33%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.90%;
3)    Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 276,290 shares representing 276,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 24 April 2024: 14.46%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.34%;
4)    Generali Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 220,673 shares representing 220,673 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 24 April 2024: 11.55%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.46%;
5)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on 24 April 2024: 10.91%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.05%.
