Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, ‘Issuer’, ‘Company’) informs that on 2 July, 2019 Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder resigned from the position of Management Board Member of the Company with the effect from 2 July, 2019. She indicated personal reasons as a cause for her resignation. Izabela Walczewska-Schneyder held the Management Board position since 13 May, 2013. She was responsible for strategic financial and investment areas, investor relations and legal matters.
