Recommendation - during proceedings of the ordinary general meeting - of a new candidate and repeated recommendation of candidates previously recommended for members of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw ("Company") announces that, in connection with item 17 on the agenda of the ordinary general meeting of the Company convened on 29 June 2023 ("Ordinary General Meeting"), as referred to in the Company's current report No. 13/2023 of 2 June 2023, during proceedings of the Ordinary General Meeting the Company received:

a) jointly from: Mr James Van Bergh, Benefit Invest Limited and Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - shareholders of the Company, repeated recommendation of candidature of Mr Marcin Marczuk and new candidature of Mr Artur Osuchowski;

b) from Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - a shareholder of the Company, repeated recommendation of candidature of Mr Konrad Miterski

for members of the Supervisory Board of the Company.

The Company announces that in connection with the repeated candidatures of Mr Marcin Marczuk and Mr Konrad Miterski, details of their candidatures were included in current reports no. 14/2023 dated June 16, 2023 and 18/2023 dated June 21, 2023, respectively.

In the appendix the Company provides the resume of Mr Artur Osuchowski received from Mr James Van Bergh, Benefit Invest Limited and Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro
