Notification of exceeding the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company
Legal basis: Article 70 Sec. 1 of the Act on Public Offering – Acquisition or Disposal of a Significant Block of Shares

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on 21 April 2026 the Company received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. acting on behalf of Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("NN OFE"), Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny and Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny Nasze Jutro 2030, 2035, 2040, 2045, 2050, 2055, 2060, 2065 (together "NN DFE"), a notification that NN OFE exceeded the threshold of 10% of the total number of votes in the Company (the "Notification").

According to the Notification, the 10% threshold of total voting rights at the Company was exceeded following transaction on Company shares on 14 April 2026 (the "Transaction"). 

According to the Notification:

- prior to the Transaction, NN OFE held 327,892 Company shares,representing 9.93298% of the Company's share capital, and 327,892 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 9.93298% of total voting rights;

- following the Transaction, NN OFE held 332,148 Company shares,representing 10.06191% of the Company's share capital, and 332,148 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 10.06191% of total voting rights. Concurrently, as the current holding of NN OFE together with NN DFE, the

Notification indicated the number of 375,969 shares in the Company,representing 11.3894% of the Company's share capital, and 375,969 voting rights at the General Meeting of the Company, representing 11.3894% of the total voting rights.
