The Management Board of Benefit Systems with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company") informs that on June 29, 2023 the annual general meeting of the Company ("Annual General Meeting") adopted the resolution on payment of the dividend in the amount of PLN 120,275,222, i.e. in the amount of PLN 41 per share.

Number of shares covered by the dividend is 2.933.542 shares.

Annual General Meeting determined September 15, 2023 as the dividend day and September 29, 2023 as the dividend payment date.
