Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, ‘Company') informs that on 22 June, 2021 Adam Radzki resigned from the position of Management Board Member of the Company with the effect from 23 June, 2021. He indicated personal reasons as a cause for his resignation.

Adam Radzki held the Management Board position since 10 August, 2017. He was responsible for IT, PMO, HR management and market analyses.
