Conclusion of annex to a multi-purpose credit limit with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A.

With reference to current report No. 40/2017 of 22 August 2017 Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (‘Company') herby announces that on 17 August 2020 the Company signed an annex to an agreement for multi-purpose credit limit with Powszechna Kasa Oszczędności Bank Polski S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (‘Bank').

The subject-matter of the annex consists in a change in the availability period which has been extended until 21 August, 2021. Bank credit limit stands at PLN 50,000,000.00.

The collateral of the Bank's claims under the above-mentioned agreements is, inter alia, a blank bill of exchange with a promissory note declaration and the Company's obligation to provide a statement on submission to court enforcement procedure conducted pursuant to Article 777 §1 Item 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure up to PLN 75,000,000.00, whereby the Bank will be able to apply for attaching a writ of execution to the notarial deed _i.e. the enforcement title_ until 21 August 2023.

Other terms and conditions of the agreement do not differ from those commonly used for this type of agreements.

There are no links of any kind either between the Company and the Bank or between the individuals managing or supervising the Company and the Bank.
