Information on the position of the Supervisory Board on the appropriation of profit for 2022

In connection with current report No. 21/2023 of 26 June 2023 concerning a shareholder's submission of a draft resolution on matters included in the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Benefit Systems S.A. convened for 29 June 2023, the Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A., based in Warsaw (the "Company"), informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, in spite of the further-reaching draft resolution submitted by a shareholder of the Company, adopted a resolution on upholding its previous position (the "Position") regarding the proposition of the distribution of net profit for 2022, as referred to in the Company’s current report No. 12/2023 of 25 May 2023.
