The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”), hereby provides the list of the shareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on June 29, 2022:
1)    James Van Bergh – 463,691 shares representing 463,691 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 23.52%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 15.81%;
2)    Benefit Invest Limited – 295,421  shares representing 295,421 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 14.98%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 10.07%;
3)    Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro – 235,997 shares representing 235,997 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 11.97%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 8.04%;
4)    MetLife Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 219,655 shares representing 219,655 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 11.14%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 7.49%.
5)    Aviva Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny Aviva Santander – 199,000 shares representing 199,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 10.09%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.78%.
6)    Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny – 199,000 shares representing 199,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 10.09%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 6.78%.
7)    Invesco Europlus Fund – 150,209 shares representing 150,209 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 7.62%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 5.12%.
8)    Invesco Global Diversified Companies Fund – 104,263 shares representing 104,263 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at the General Meeting on June 29, 2022: 5.29%; percentage share in the total number of votes: 3.55%.
