The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 14 January 2026 they received notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Ms Emilia Rogalewicz, Management Board Member of the Company about a sale of 1,000 shares in the Company at PLN 3,760 per share on 13 January 2026.
