Information about transactions on the Company's shares obtained pursuant to Article 19 MAR
Legal basis: Article 19 Sec. 3 MAR – information on transactions effected by persons performing managerial responsibilities.

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the “Company”) hereby announces that on 8 January 2020 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr James van Bergh, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Company, about sale of 15 000 shares in the Company at PLN 950.00 per share on 7 January 2020.
