The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 22 June 2023 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr Bartosz Józefiak, the Management Board Member of the Company, about purchase of 11 shares in the Company at PLN 1420.00 per share on 21 June 2023
