The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company") hereby announces that on 22 June 2022 they received a notice pursuant to Article 19, Sec. 1 of the MAR Regulation from Mr Wojciech Szwarc, Management Board Member of the Company about a purchase of 250 shares in the Company at PLN 500.00 per share on 22 June 2022. The notice, in its full wording, is attached as appendix hereto.
